1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Bojari Digital Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Bojari Digital Agency provides digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine marketing, social media marketing, SEO services, influencer marketing, content marketing, and marketing consulting. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and deliverables created by Bojari Digital Agency remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, agreed-upon deliverables will be transferred to the client according to the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

7. Service Guarantees and Disclaimers

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, conversion rates, or ROI. Marketing results depend on various factors beyond our control. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bojari Digital Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). We are not responsible for changes to third-party policies, pricing, or availability that may affect service delivery.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
