The Challenge

Organic Bumi had quality organic products but minimal social media presence across Malaysia. They needed to build brand awareness, engage with eco-conscious Malaysian consumers, and drive both online and in-store sales through social channels.

Our Solution

We created a multi-platform social media strategy leveraging Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to showcase their sustainable local products. Our approach combined organic community building with strategic influencer partnerships featuring Malaysian lifestyle influencers and paid social advertising targeting urban Malaysian consumers.

Implementation

Our team produced engaging video content in both English and Bahasa Malaysia highlighting product benefits and sustainability practices. We partnered with 20+ Malaysian micro and nano-influencers in the sustainable living and health space, and ran user-generated content campaigns encouraging customers to share their #OrganicBumiLifestyle moments. Paid campaigns targeted eco-conscious millennials and Gen Z consumers in Klang Valley, Penang, and Johor Bahru with carousel ads and Stories.
