The Challenge
PT Keuangan Digital Nusantara was launching a digital lending and BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) platform for Indonesian millennials and Gen Z. As a new entrant in the highly competitive Indonesian fintech market, they had zero brand awareness and needed to build trust while educating potential customers about responsible digital lending.
Our Solution
We developed an integrated digital marketing campaign combining educational content marketing, targeted social media advertising, influencer partnerships with Indonesian finance creators, and search engine marketing. Our strategy focused on building trust and positioning the brand as the responsible choice for digital lending.
Implementation
We created comprehensive educational content in Bahasa Indonesia including "Panduan Lengkap Pinjaman Digital yang Aman," financial literacy articles, Instagram infographics, and TikTok videos. We launched targeted Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok campaigns focused on young professionals in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bandung. We partnered with 15 Indonesian personal finance influencers and produced webinars on smart borrowing. We implemented OJK compliance messaging throughout all campaigns to build credibility.
