The Challenge

FitLife Studios needed to compete against established fitness chains in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. Their Google Ads campaigns were generating clicks but few actual gym memberships, resulting in wasted ad spend and poor conversion rates.

Our Solution

We restructured their entire Google Ads and Facebook Ads strategy with hyper-local targeting, conversion-optimized landing pages, and remarketing campaigns. Our approach focused on promoting limited-time trial offers and highlighting their unique boutique fitness experience.

Implementation

We created separate campaigns for different fitness programs (yoga, HIIT, strength training) with location extensions for their three studio locations. We developed custom landing pages for each program with compelling CTAs and social proof. We implemented call tracking to measure phone inquiries and set up offline conversion tracking for in-person sign-ups. Our remarketing strategy targeted website visitors with special promotional offers.
