The Heritage Suites, a boutique hotel in George Town, Penang, struggled with low occupancy rates during off-peak seasons despite excellent reviews. They needed to increase brand awareness among millennials and Gen Z travelers interested in heritage tourism.

We designed an influencer marketing campaign targeting travel bloggers, Instagram creators, and lifestyle influencers who focus on Southeast Asian travel and heritage destinations. Our strategy combined hosted stays with authentic storytelling to showcase the unique cultural experience.

Each influencer received a complimentary 2-night stay with creative freedom to showcase their experience authentically. We coordinated content calendars to ensure consistent visibility and created a branded hashtag #HeritageStaysPenang. We also ran targeted Instagram and TikTok ads featuring influencer content to amplify reach.
The influencer campaign Bojari orchestrated was incredibly effective. We saw immediate bookings from each influencer post and our brand recognition in the travel community has skyrocketed.
