The Challenge

Maison Luxe, a luxury fashion boutique with stores in Pavilion KL and Paragon Singapore, wanted to reach affluent millennials while maintaining brand exclusivity. Traditional advertising felt too mass-market for their premium positioning.

Our Solution

We designed an ultra-selective influencer marketing strategy partnering with high-end lifestyle influencers who embodied the brand values. Our approach focused on aspirational storytelling, exclusive events, and limited product collaborations.

Implementation

We identified and vetted 8 premium lifestyle influencers across Malaysia and Singapore with authentic luxury positioning. We organized exclusive styling sessions and private shopping events for influencers and their close circles. We created limited-edition collaboration pieces with two top-tier fashion influencers. We produced high-quality lookbook content for influencer channels and coordinated seasonal campaign launches. All content maintained strict brand guidelines to preserve luxury positioning.
